Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Support personal care needs such as skin care, oral hygiene, hair care, shaving, and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided during each visit
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and care teams
• Successful completion of agency training and competency evaluation
